A-10A -DistantThunder- addon

The lightning-themed livery of DistantThunder's YA-10B from Ace Combat 5 as well as Fischer's A-10A from Ace Combat Zero, adapted for Ace Combat 04. The livery uses Mobius Squadron and ISAF's markings.

A bit of trivia, "Distant Thunder" is the European release name of Ace Combat 04; the livery have turned full circle.

Inject the .gim file with the GIM Injector to use this livery.

Added alpha-masked .png file of the livery for use with PCSX2's new Texture Dump and Replacement feature.
