The most world-class game engine to date, Unreal Engine 4 gives you the power to do more than ever before. Bring your creative visions to life directly in game without programmer assistance via the new Unreal Blueprint.
Unreal Engine 4’s architecture offers fully dynamic lighting features, cutting down on development time and ensuring less iteration on creative ideas. With significant new visual features, Unreal Engine 4 enables you to achieve high-end visuals, while remaining both scalable and accessible to make games for low-spec PCs.
If you wish to add mod support to your UE4 game, we recommend the use of the Unreal Engine 4 Engine Mod Browser and Manager Plugin created by mod.io, which makes it easy to support UGC.

Traditions are one of the cornerstones of your House in the game. In this devblog, we'll look at their depth and importance for your nobles and progression.
In Calderia, all Houses choose their Traditions, which are their core values that will influence the type of relationships with other Houses and their playstyle. Traditions influence politics and every interaction, this will require sacrifice and pondering your choices between choosing the best outcome of an event or staying true to your Traditions.
Traditions weigh on your decisions, whether you prefer to prioritize your family's benefits or your own goals on the short term. From the game's early concepts, Traditions have been central to your family and fiefdom by allowing you to unlock actions, units, bonuses, and even winning paths.
During playtests, we introduced the Tradition tree. Traditions can affect the way you play and win the game. For example, Peacemakers need worse relations before anyone can declare war on them, while Warriors excel in military conflicts.
Traditions are divided into six categories, paired to oppose each other: Warriors vs. Scholars, Idealists vs. Schemers, and Isolationists vs. Peacemakers. Advancing in one Tradition blocks the opposing tradition, so choose your Traditions wisely! Houses with opposing Traditions may naturally despise each other because of them. Starting near Warrior Houses differs from starting near Isolationist neighbors.
Events and conflicts award tradition points, which can be general or specific to your chosen tradition. Specific choices in events also earn tradition points. For instance, Schemers might pursue shady deals, while Idealists avoid them. Choices aligning with your traditions earn more points.
Going against your traditions is possible but comes with penalties, including losing Traditions points and, therefore, hurting your progress for the next Tradition node. Such decisions hinder your Tradition's development, making it harder to compete with other Houses.
During Early Access, we've added over 25 traditions and two winning paths:
Each path unlocks unique bonuses, delegations, actions, and new units or companions through tradition nodes in the Tradition Tree menu.
Thank you for reading, and we are extremely grateful for your support and contribution since the release in 1.0!

Hi, people! I'm just leaving this here - Answers.unrealengine.com
It's a feature request for UE4 developers. If someone have similar problem, or just wanna help to add this feature to new version of engine - please vote.
Thanks.
P.S. IT'S NOT A SPAM, if you just don't care - never mind this link - it's only for developers.
Thanks kylo ren
Why not just use a component?
Objects are not Actors, it's just a generic classes, which don't have any components (if I correctly understand your question.)
Unreal Engine 4 is powerful, user-friendly, and doesn't require high programming skill. I create art and game design, nodes help me with programming, and all sound/music licences can be easily purchased. I can develop my game by myself :)
I completely agree.
UE4 - good dev software.
Hey, problem, is there any way to port maps from the Source Engine to Unreal Engine 4?
Can you port them to a 3D modeling program if you can just import it from there.
