Yes, it is not difficult to move to vanilla, but some animations will look strange due to the low detail of the vanilla model

actually I don't hate the models from TAZ 3.0, they're pretty detailed, but their texture just looks like rust. While Vanilla is more glossy.

the model itself isn't bad, that just bad smoothing from old misery mod port, lots of models have that issue.
I remade the spas-12 hud models with better smoothing, if anyone wants them you can DL them here

For anyone who's using GAMMA and want this mod. You will probably get this error.

FATAL ERROR

[error]Expression : <no expression>
[error]Function : CScriptEngine::lua_pcall_failed
[error]File : ..\xrServerEntities\script_engine.cpp
[error]Line : 206
[error]Description : fatal error
[error]Arguments : LUA error: d:/anomaly\gamedata\scripts\uni_anim_core.script:64: attempt to call field 'get_jam_status' (a nil value)

So here's the fix that I found.

Go to the game file gamedata\script\uni_anim_core.script and find these lines.

jam_type = "_jammed"
elseif jam_status == arti_jamming.JamType.DoubleFeed then
jam_type = "_superjammed"

Then you want to replace them with this and remember to save.

jam_type = "_jammed"
elseif jam_status == 3 then
jam_type = "_superjammed"

It won't give you a crash anymore but it kinda messes with the jamming visual. Better than nothing I guess.

Its missing the animations from the clip.
Most animations are not playing like jam, and empty reloads, i think its the dltx file your probably made a typo somewhere

Это старая модель? Если да, вот вам причина замены автором на вариант из TAZ. Хотя в тазике она тоже не идеальна далеко. Имхо планку надо было на новую пилить, а старую оставить как униКАЛьную.

Да судя по прошлым работам не ты сглаживание портил, так что всё збс.

Моделят криво, конвертят криво, редачат как попало и вот. Как результат растёт вес модели и на неё криво падает свет. Сам таким грешил.

this addon for some reason seems to bug out the binoculars and also scopes on any weapon

i use the latest modded EXES from demonized which include DLTX

tried launching nothing but this mod no other mods, if you zoom in with binos while standing still and then unzoom again the binoculars will float in the air

also holding right mouse button to aim down sight with any scope on a weapon while walking sideways / sidestrafing and then letting go of right mouse button will hide your entire gun for some reason

i have tested and can guarantee these issues come from this mod. testing with vanilla anomaly 1.5.2 and mrdemonized modded engine files (which include DLTX) these issues still persist

a shame really, i hope the mod author will fix it because this is the coolest spas12 rework ive seen so far, something the extremely ugly vanilla spas12 desperately needed

Hello, this is me again the same person reporting the issue

hmm, maybe its not your mod after all, but when i turn it off the issues go away,even if im using completely vanilla (other than modded exes from themrdemonized which are required to run this mod)

i will fiddle around with it a bit more today

the mods features work completely fine, the mod seems to be properly installed its just that for some weird reason it ***** with binoculars

I will try it again today, maybe i will reinstall anomaly entirely and attempt to shove the mods gamedata directly into the game files (manuall mod install) instead of using mod organizer 2, just to make sure that the issue isnt being caused by a faulty vanilla anomaly install or by mod organizer 2 installing your mod in a weird and improper way.

you know what, if you have a discord i would be glad if you sent your tag here, maybe we can figure it out together better

Alright, i have just made a completely fresh and new install of Anomaly 1.5.1 in /my games/, not on the desktop to prevent issues

I have now installed the Anomaly 1.5.2 patch succesfully

Launched the game, everything seems to work fine and properly

Installed latest modded EXES from Github.com
including the Visual C++ redistributables which are appearently required
Also deleted shader cache on first launch as the modded EXES instruct you to

Launching game, modded EXES seem to have been installed succesfully and are showing up ingame

>>Testing, neither the binocular or weapon scope issue is currently happening, everything working properly

Will now MANUALLY install your mod straight into gamedata...
(Not using mod organizer 2 for this test to show its not causing the issue)

Have manually installed the mods gamedata into this new anomaly install now, without your BaS patch because im completely vanilla in this new install

Launching, mod seems to be properly installed, new model and animations are all there

Aaaandd.. the issue still persists ):

I know it might just be a minor issue since it goes away once you start moving but this obstructs your vision and becomes very annoying quickly when playing ironman mode and using the binoculars a lot so you dont die

At this point I have tried everything I can, done everything in my power and singled out every external error source I could think of, and its still happening, I have no idea why

As a last resort, I always start the game through Anomaly Launcher and will send a screenshot of my Launcher Settings

At this point it can only be something with my operating system / my software / my hardware, or my Launcher Settings are causing it, or, its your mod causing it.

I guess maybe it could also be ingame settings that cause the bug or prevent it, but in this new install i have not changed any ingame settings whatsoever, everything at default

I suggest you try the Launcher Settings that i use, or repeat all the steps i have documented here, and see if the bug happens for you

I found the problem, it was a script from Aoldri, script name uni_anim_core. You can upgrade them or remove this script, but then the shotgun will not have an initial reload.
