This is the version of HPM used in the Paradox game server "Paradox of iron" if you somehow found this mod erm hi. it changes alot of victoria 2 with everything from giving more accepted cultures to changing RGOs.

Patchim going to call this update the "formables" update because it adds some to nations that dont get any if you want a full list of changes look in the description...

how to install?
you have to have a deziper tool and extract the two files into your mod folder
Great mod- did give me a virus but was worth it to get java as a accepted culture!
