Minimal Configuration:
Processor: Intel or AMD 1.4 Ghz
Operating System: Windows 2000/XP
Memory: 256 Meg
Available Disk Space: 1.0 GB
Graphics Card: DX 9.0 compatible card with Shader Model 1.1
GeForce 3 or higher, ATI Radeon 8500 or higher, 64 MB
DirectX Version 9.0c
Recommended config (same than above unless otherwise stated):
Processor Intel or AMD 2.0 Ghz
Graphics Card: 128 MB
Memory: 512 Meg
Sound Card: DolbyDigital 5.1 and EAX 3.0 compatible
-Gamepad support:
Most gamepads with dual analog sticks are supported. Other gamepads
may
not be fully compatible with Splinter Cell Chaos Theory.
2. Known Issues
- In the advanced video settings, if you are using nVidia 66.93 drivers and you
select the Enable Hardware Shadow Mapping option, the shadows will disappear
with some NVidia video cards. ATI cards do not support Hardware Shadow
Mapping.
- Joystick axes cannot be configured.
- Joystick disconnection while playing may cause bizarre behaviors.
- For space saving purposes, the quality of some sounds have been lowered.
These sounds will be at full quality in the final version.

If you experience any graphical problems, please install the recommended video
drivers for your video card. Links to the most popular video cards

2.2. Installing sound drivers
If you experience any sound problems, please install the latest sound drivers
available for your sound card. Links to the most popular sound cards
manufacturers are available at the bottom of this document.
2.3. Installing DirectX
Splinter Cell Chaos Theory needs DirectX 9.0c to run properly. To get the
latest version of DirectX, please visit:

2.4. Windows Service Packs
It is recommended to install the latest service packs for all operating
systems.
2.5. Known problems
- Using ALT-TAB during the game's intro sequence (logos, ESRB, etc) is not
fully supported
