The Boss Generals mod, created by me, WazzaP for Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour, introduces two abandoned boss generals: General Ironside for the USA and General Mohmar "Deathstrike" for the GLA. Alongside, China's General Leang gets a makeover for more intense battles.

Also, the publicly available version currently on ModDB is the 2nd beta, meanwhile there's the upcoming full release of v1.8 being made right now.
I think there's a lot of mods that reintroduce General Leang.
Too many really but what can they do? Some mods revamped the Chinese Boss General.
It depends. Some mods do as little as simply making Zero Hour's Leang playable. NProject adds bug fixes and small gameplay improvements. Other mods like Shockwave and Operation Firestorm completely changes Leang's arsenal into something more unique and original. Shockwave!Leang shifts away from brute force in favor of artillery, advanced fire weapons and tectonic weaponry—which requires tactical usage. OFS!Leang focuses more on digital advancements with EMP, ECM and her take on vehicle drones. And those are a few mods out of many with their own unique takes on Leang.

This mod reintroduces Leang as she was meant to be, Chinese arsenal + some changes to make it more enjoyable to play :)
