First of all, hitscan enemies just sucks. Fast projectiles, IMHO, feels a lot more fair than instant damage from the other side of the huge open area.
You deserved an dedicated cauldron in the Hell just for these shotgunners.
In the terms of weapons, it is better to have a melee weapon (OG "Stuker" knife, maybe?).
Also, all the guns may have ADS via "AtlFire" state. Just a small cherry on the cake.
As for "Use To PickUp" - it isn't bad addon, but if you are including it into your TC, you'd better to tag items properly, so instead of "KSShell" it can be "Ammo|23x75" and instead of "TTBullet" it can be "Ammo|7.62x25" or something like that.

Well, I tested this mod. What I can say? Level design is really damn great, even looks like Minecraft (no offense, but I love this game, as stalker series too!), atmosphere is great. Not enough only something like:
1) a flashlight;
2) melee weapon (or at least quick melee button.. here's enough examples how to do this, yes);
3) enemies are dealing too much damage, plus their voices are a bit loud for me (but as they're from Tarkov, plus their sweet phrases, haha, I love it), but everything is fine.
I guess also KS-23 has a bit weird position, need to move it slightly to the left. Shooting itself is great, even a bit inspires me to make the same recoil as your mod.
