why? it makes sense as is. ECA getting Epic units as part of their faction gimmick and kind of designed around that until it was decided that everyone else also gets Epics to play around as a cool bonus
they come out of the factory half full with only four slots left while trucks have six. and judging by the "mechanized infantry" upgrade that takes the other slots up with tank hunters from factory.
also by the time the docks are depleted the trucks are free transports to use as transports for to move my infantry for attack. (and them being built by the supply center at lower cost to keep my war factories free help too lol)
i think the propaganda speaker truck kit should more then make up for it.
goodbye truck transport ability. i will miss it since i did enjoyed using it all stages of a game. now the Helix is back for as their transportation option

with good 'ol Humvee getting kits and the Grenade Launcher with its description saying Strong: Structures, so does it make into an mostly anti structure kit or is it still as or even more effective against infantry? because it if so it might be a pretty handy thing to have against angry mobs and volunteers
gonna have to agree that the lore explanation for the global cooldown for it is not that good and i am aware how potentially broken this a super spammable unit would be if it didnt have it. im will fanfic what i think would be more convincing and maybe more humourous fanfic explanation:

the Laser rangefinders for USA, going by description are they pretty much Armoured Company GP locked version of the ECA Gas Ignition Guns upgrade now taking the slot that was once the PDLs upgrade?
With gun turrets being GP locked, maybe now there is a reason to start putting the Leopards in the tank bunkers im guessing

i saw a thread about old cut units including a russia siege chopper that looks like a UFO shaped helicopter. i remember the model being "lost" as the answer as to why it was cut. perhaps it was recovered since then. lol i feel old.
what mods have used the assault humvee if you done mind me asking?
i remember hearing that the Assault Humvee was cut simply because the model files got lost.
and frogfoot was cut because balancing the concept was too difficult for a playable jet with GP level firepower

very nice new buildings as fitting for best faction, but i am curious as to why its decided to split the old airfield to the Russian style helipad+Airstrip? is it also to allow GLA have helicopter without needed to spend a GenPoint? or are airstrips limited to build but not helipads?
does it actually damage the missile to force it detonate or does it make it veer off course ECM style?
