First I install the cs:source from 7Launcher, then I put the v1.1 and put "-game csso -insecure" in the launcher. When I hit play it doesn't open the game... how do I solve it?

Graphic bug.
Characters look fluorescent blue when they zoom out, how can I disable the shaders or fix that bug?
