Don't worry ! The degradation in the video is ×80 normal speed ! It's like that just to preview the feature and the way it works ;)
Will air tanks be affected/only degrade when near anomalies, or will they constantly degrade when worn?
That's a pretty cool feature too add some more immersion too the game
As written in the subtitles, the filter/tank durability is x80 times normal speed just to show how the system works. Oxygen tanks/filter will only degrade while you are in a toxic or radioactive environment and wearing a helmet that uses it. You can breathe normally in other environments without damaging the filter or tank.
