A Hard Mode for Mafia 1! This mod gives a Mafia fan, such as yourself, a set of brand new challenges across all 20 missions, along with Lucas Berthone and Free Ride Extreme. For a skilled Mafioso, this isn't insanely difficult, however it does make for a refreshing playthrough with these new (often subtle) additions, so if you're looking for an excuse to replay the game, this is it! Some enemies have better weapons, better shooting skill or more health, Paulie and Sam can now be arrested, the player can now carry only 3 clips/magazines per weapon, there are stricter time limits and watch out for civilians - if they die, it's on you! The mod adds a lot of restrictions to the game, many of them are hidden, waiting for you to discover them.

Latest version 6 is corrupted rar file. I tried to download it 5 times without luck of extracting it.
I'm sorry, I wish I could help you. I have just tested the download on multiple computers and it works without problems.
Problem was on my side, resolved!
Hey, I just installed the mod but the game wont launch. After replacing the game exe file trying to start the game just opens the setup and nothing more happens. any clue what i did wrong ?
Hi, what version of the game do you have? (Steam/GOG, retail 1.0, retail 1.2) In case you own 1.0, don't replace the exe file.
This was a lot of fun! Thanks for this mod. Gave me a new reason to play the game again (not that I needed one lol).
Last two missions were really tough, but I'm pretty proud I did it hahah.
