The Apocalypse mod adds over 180 new units, structures and super weapons to the original RA2YR and will give you a completely new RA2YR experience while keeping the classic feeling alive. The mod does not require other resources to run except the original RA2YR game v1.001. This is what the mod adds in general: 64 new structures, 40 new infantry units, 17 new naval units, 20 new air units, 41 new vehicles.

Allied Defense Structures:

A0) Guard Tower
Guard Towers with mounted auto-guns are very an efficient way to defend your base against general attacks when you're out of power.
They are cheap enough to produce and good enough even against basic armor.

A1) Advanced Prism Tower
The Advanced Prism Tower is a heavy version of the prism tower. Although it cannot link with other Prism Towers, it will cause a lot more damage by itself. Also, it has higher range and higher damage resistance.
The beam focusing method is also different. The new tower uses a collimator beam what will keep focusing on target until it achieves very high efficiency.

A2) Chrono Defense
The Neutron Turret, also called Chrono Defense, was an easy implementation after the advanced neutron research the Allies did. It's simple to build and very efficient.
In order to prevent unwanted temporal distortions, the range had to be limited to a decent value.

A3) Anti-Air Prism Tower
Although lasers are generally not favored by atmospheric conditions, the Allies did develop a prism tower capable of firing against air targets efficiently.
Compared to missile-based systems, it will hit the target instantly, which can be a great advantage.

A4) Advanced Gap Generator
The mark 2 Gap Generator was developed with slightly different purposes than the initial one.
It has a very high range, enough to cover many allied units on the battlefield. That comes at the cost of high power consumption.


Allied Support Structures:

A0) Chrono Reactor
After intensive long term research the Allies finally managed to create a safe advanced power plant.
The plant uses some kind of temporal compression in order to be able to output mode power than it would do normally.
Even so, it will not cause any temporal anomalies or distortions if destroyed.

A1) Advanced Avionics Research
The Advanced Avionics Research Facility was created so that the latest available technology could be deployed on the battlefield.
With a focus on avionics, the AARF enables the construction of very advanced Allied air and air support units, but not only.
Plenty of alternate technologies are being developed here.

A2) Extended Airforce Command
Considering the ever-increasing need of air support, the Allies decided that it is a good idea to create a support airfield that can fit more aircraft.
50% available extra air units can make a big difference when conflict is imminent.

A3) Emergency Power Plant
To cover power emergencies, the Allied had a special project that resulted in a mini power plant that can be deployed extremely fast.
It won't power up a whole base or outpost, but can provide emergency power at very low costs when necessary.

A4) Super Gap Generator
Even with the Gap Generator's upgraded specifications it could not cover a large enough area for the more expanded bases.
As a result, too much gap generators had to be constructed. To fix this problem, the Allies developed the Super Gap Generator.
Even if it consumes a lot of power, it can cover even the largest Allied bases and then some.

A5) Allied Communications Tower
This automated communications center gives access to mercenary contractors which will optimize costs for training infantry.
It also allows negotiating contracts for cheaper aircraft parts, therefore reducing aircraft production costs.


Allied Super-Weapon Structures:

AX): Storm Defense Tower
This special Tower emits on frequencies that can interfere with the ones present in the Troposphere.
Therefore, it can force Lightning to unnaturally discharge at a desired near-by location.
To generate the needed frequencies there is significant power consumption and some time is needed before the affected Troposphere area re-stabilizes.


Soviet Defense Structures:

S0) Advanced Tesla Coil
Advanced Tesla Coil is the ultimate ground defense in the Soviet army.
The Advanced Tesla Coil can fire in 4 modes: standard, standard overpowered, upgraded and upgraded overpowered.
The damage is huge, but so it's the power consumption.

S1) Alpha Wave Tower
This tower focuses a powerful alpha wave that will cause chaos in the mind of the affected unit.
It will not control them, but will make them go berserk. Use this defence wisely.

S2) S3 Super-SAM Site
The Soviets again showed the Allies what it means to build a highly performing anti-air SAM site.
Far superior to the Patriot system, the S3 Super-SAM will intercept even the most powerful air targets efficiently.

S3) Mine
Standard land mines were reintroduced on the battlefield, but with a small modification.
A cloak field was added to the mine so that the mine will be less detectable.
Only a small amount of units will be able to detect it. The mine is loaded with powerful explosives and will blow if it detects near-by enemy units, even light ones like dogs.

S4) Stealth Generator
The Stealth Generator is the best creation of the Soviets that resulted from cloaking research.
It can cover a large area with the cloak field but the power required to maintain the field is very high.
It can also cause unwanted results due to the insatiability of the powerful cloaking field so do not use it unless it's absolutely necessary.


Soviet Support Structures:

S0) Xeno-Tesla Research
This alternate Research Facility is something very special for the Soviets. It implemented many technologies that have been based on intercepted alien signals.
Using Tesla's research, some of this technology ended up in the creation of many things otherwise impossible to obtain.
All documentation is classified even at the highest Soviet army level.

S1) Advanced Nuclear Research
The Advanced Nuclear Research Facility will allow the implementation of advanced technologies based on Uranium, Plutonium and many experimental materials.
Many units created with the help of this facility will cause long term devastating effects on enemy forces.

S2) Airfield
This airfield allows the usage of high-performance attack aircraft.
Modern Soviet air units have been fitted with vertical take-off systems allowing them to efficiently use space when in combat.
Even so, the airfield can fit a very limited number of aircraft compared to the Allied version, not due to its own design but because Soviet aircraft are generally larger.

S3) Scalar Radar Dome
Because the implementation of the all-in-one Advanced Radar System was not too efficient regarding the construction costs, the Soviets decided to create Advanced Radar Domes instead.
The multi-phased scalar domes are extremely advanced and can detect anything moving on Earth's surface without the use of satellite data.

S4) Stealth Generator
The Stealth Generator is the best creation of the Soviets that resulted from cloaking research.
It can cover a large area with the cloak field but the power required to maintain the field is extremely high.

S5) Emergency Oil Derrick
Since the power technology is overall considered excellent, the Soviets decided to focus more on resources.
The Emergency Oil Derrick provides very low amounts of resources over time, but it can

S6) Bio-Resonance Heal Centre
Instead of using medics and hospitals for ground infantry combat support, the Soviet Advanced Research Institute came up with a better solution.
The frequencies that cats emit during regeneration were studied, documented and tested at large scale.
The Bio-Resonance Heal Centre will tune to the Soviet Infantry bio-frequencies and use the healing frequencies to regenerate them even when in combat.


Soviet Super-Weapon Structures:

SX): Anomaly Projector Device
After many attempts at various types of temporal research results proved too unstable to be used in practice on the battlefield even with minimal safely.
But one of these projects was successful. This resulted in the Anomaly Projector.
A subspace anomaly is created at the destination object, causing the target to implode into itself due to the extreme gravimetric forces present.
Projecting the anomaly drains a lot of power and the recharge time is relatively high.


Yuri Defense Structures:

Y0) Sniper Tower
Sniping is a very good way to eliminate enemy infantry that could be a problem to the Psychic Towers.
The Sniper Tower has a very long range compared to other base defenses. With only a few of the towers, a large base can be secured from infantry.

Y1) Brain Scorcher
Yuri felt that the Psychic Towers were too limited when it comes to range and maximum number of controlled units.
Brain Scorcher is a much more powerful device, made not only from synthetic parts like the Psychic Tower.
It will need more power to operate, but it's worth the cost.

Y2) Magnetic Tower
It was illogical to let magnetic research stop to the Magnetron. After the Magnetic Disk was created, the research continued. The next result was the Magnetic Tower.
The tower will capture approaching enemy armored units, lift them up and allow all Yuri's efficient anti-air defenses to shoot at them.
If they make it through that, they will probably land near a Psychic Tower. That makes it an excellent complement to Yuri's already existing defenses.

Y3) Anti-air Laser Gattling
After the success of the standard Gattling Cannon, the Anti-air Laser Gattling system was developed.
It has good range and good firepower, enough to stop the new air units the Allies and Soviets introduced into the battlefield.

Y4) Psychic Alternator
This device will use multiple types of interference to jam enemy radar stations. On the battlefield, it has the same effect as the Allied Gap Generator.


Yuri Support Structures:

Y0) Mini Nuclear Reactor
Yuri considered useful to be able to construct small nuclear reactors if available bio-mass is insufficient to power-up Bio-Reactors.
With previous access to Soviet Technology, this was easy to implement.
The Reactors were smaller and generated less power than the Soviet version, but they can make a difference in many situations.

Y1) Bio-Chemical Research Lab
This type of facility is focused on deep biological and chemical research activities.
Many horrors may come out of it, but some of them will be extremely useful on the battlefield.

Y2) Experimental Research Fortress
Even with the help of Psychics, Yuri was not enabled to stop the stealing of secret plans and technologies.
He decided to build research facilities inside fortresses, to make sure nothing can go in definitely go out alive.

Y3) Air Pad
The Air Pad enables the usage of Chaos Drones. The pad can support up to 4 drones or other units from Yuri's new arsenal.

Y4) Enhanced Psychic Sensor
This is a special detection device that uses unknown psychic technology to pinpoint the location of targets.
It has been implemented as a next step in advanced detection capabilities. Its range appears to have no limit.

Y5) Emergency Bio Reactor
To cover the cases of unexpected power outages, the emergency bio reactor comes already filled with bio-mass, so it will be able to function on its own.
It does not provide too much power, but it will generate enough for most critical situations.

Y6) Psychic Manipulator
Artificially augmenting brains created in Yuri's bio-labs resulted in this device later named Psychic Manipulator.
The brain in the device uses meditation to influence market prices on any types of materials, resulting in cost reductions for anything being built.


Yuri Super-Weapon Structures:

YX): Magnetic Crusher
By combining various enhanced technologies on the magnetic and particle physics side, Yuri's researchers managed to focus a magnetic beam at long range.
Any objects that contain ferromagnetic metals will be crushed and compacted with an extremely powerful magnetic force resulting in its inevitable destruction.
Focusing this powerful beam will drain a significant amount of power. The beam can work continuously as long as power for it is provided.


Special Structures:

X0) Allied/Soviet/Yuri Air Control Tower (Stolen Tech - Allied/Soviet/Yuri)
If anyone can steal the encrypted communication codes from any of the 3 sides, they will be able to call in additional reinforcements for each stolen communication code.

X1) International Air Control Tower (Stolen Tech - All)
If anyone can steal the encrypted communication codes from all 3 sides, they will be able to call in even more reinforcements and even Parabombs.

X2) Nano-Repair Station
Having Service Depots or Grinders in use and battle labs enables the construction of Remote Nano-Repair Stations for all sides.
These facilities will use nanites spread on the battlefield to repair damaged units even in combat.
Since these nanites have to be constructed, the facility will consume very small amounts of resources constantly.

X3) Underground Elite Training Facility (Stolen Tech - All 3 sides)
Stealing Tech from all sides will enable you to train elite infantry. There is a resource limit on this investment so be careful what you train. Choose wisely.

X4) International Trade Centre (Stolen Allied Tech)
Gaining access to the secret Allied Command Codes will provide you access to an International Trade Centre.
The centre will maintain constant preferential trade relations across the Globe, allowing you to obtain anything without paying taxes.

X5) Upgradeable Tesla Power Plant (Stolen Soviet Tech)
Gaining access to the secret Soviet Command Codes will allow you to use the secret plans of the Upgradeable Tesla Power Plant.
This plant provides an extremely high power output practically becoming the eqivalent of the classis Soviet Nuclear Reactor, without the riscs associated with it.

X6) Airstrike Command (Stolen Yuri Tech)
Gaining access to the secret Yuri Command Codes will allow you access to the frequencies used to call in air strikes anywhere on the Globe.
This is a very powerful privilege.

X7) Oil Derricks
All sides are able to construct a limited number of Oil Derricks.
While the Allies adapted the civilian version of it, Yuri and the Soviets came up with their own design.

X8) Sonic Towers
Sonic Towers can fire at naval units as long as they can detect them. They can also track movements of near-by units.
The tower itself does the unit tracking while a detector probe pings to detect underwater activity.
