It is my favorite mood and I thank you for the effort you have put into doing it, it is incredible, fun, you can form countries and many more things. But I wanted to comment on some things...
1. As a user and player of victory 2 on a low-resource device, I find it quite important (as a suggestion) that the mod would be compatible with project alise, so we could play them with more fluidity
2. I think it would be better if, when forming some of the formable nations of South America, the primary culture should be changed to, for example, Norandine and that the indigenous communities be assimilated (it is a proposal) and a formable country that combines Latin America
I thank you for everything and I hope the best for the mod
For the love of god look at technologies. I just clean installed it and I can't discover how to make paper and furniture.

Hello, I really enjoy this mod (it's my favorite of all) but I only have a few "problems"
1. You cannot change the tech school
2. You cannot take the capital of another country
3. South America cannot be united with one decision
i love this mod and i really hope it progresses a lot more in the future, thanks maxioten2 for your hard work :)
Why can't I form the USA? I sphered Michigonia, Saint Lawrence, Brunswick, Muskegon, Rustica, Little Dixie and have conquered all of the small Dixie States.

You have great map drawing skills. The new map is amazing! It looks so natural.
I found a couple bugs with your mod:
1) Time-gated events are not gated anymore because it's 1000 years after the events of Vicky 2. In other words, within the first year of the game Krakatoa explodes and the San Francisco earthquake happens. All political ideologies start unlocked and pops adopt them, yet none of their respective parties are unlocked until vanilla unlock time+1000 years...
2)...except if you formed a formable. I've tested with Czechoslovakia, Zapadoslavia and Polish Commonwealth and all three of those countries have even fascists unlocked in 2836. Altough I don't think neither of those are meant to be in the mod considering their naming convention is inconsistent with the rest of the tags.
3) Some of the cultures are a mess. Setjer doesn't have the culture it is named after as an accepted culture, instead it gets Kazakh, of which there are none within its borders. Sikhistan has 0 accepted pops (I can't even find Punjabi pops).
4) Russia, despite having a mission chain allowing it to blob halfway across the globe, can never accept the culture of their next door Russian neighbors. I suggest merging Derevorosiysk and Novosybirsk culture into one to allow for nice emergent gameplay in the Russian Island (and subsequently allow the Romanov state to form Russia). Also Russia should get a way to accept all those tiny Russian cultures like the one on the Petersburg islands or Belarusian.
5) Some decisions, namely Czech and Fernoster ones can crash your game if you just hover over their buttons. They're the ones without a description.
Overall quite a great mod with good potential, but riddled with bugs so far.
The last of the decisions is that I forgot to put a modifier and I solved it in the new version and the culture thing, I know it's a mess, I should change it a lot, thank you I hope you like the mod
