Because the original creator is busy, I have created an up-to-date version of the famous "GFM Random Genocide Enabler" mod. To further contribute the O.G mod's legacy, I will also be releasing Genocide enablers to other mods such as Divergences of Darkness, Throne-of-Lorraine, Heirs of Aquitaine, and others that people want to request. I believe everyone should have the ability to promote an eco-friendly environment into their Victoria 2 games that allows people to reach to Carbon net-zero.
Description
This is meant for the Fanfork version of Divergence and Darkness from github. Don't use the mod with the moddb version of Divergence and Darkness, because it will have bugs.
