Where have you put the file and folder?
Glad to see the fixes for this fun mod! Would you also fix the max_cap of space_marine_hq? It's the only thing left capped in this mod and idk why should it be. Thanks!
EDIT: another suggestion. Remove income_cap as well! It's in the racebps\each races .rgd files.

If I did it properly they should both be downloadable (on separate files) and sorry for the really late reply I got busy elsewhere please let me know if you have any other ideas
