In map03 of our set, there was a sign blocking the secret exit. What you are talking about is Tricks and Traps and when you finish it, it taking you back to our map09.
We know exactly what you are talking about. That is because our maps are happening in place of the original Doom2 maps, in its wad. Therefore, after you finish our map06, you go to Dead Simple in Doom2, then Tricks and traps, then to our map09, which takes you back to map04, because that is how its exit is programmed - as it is a secret you find in our map03.
So yeah, there is a loop that is happening. It is just because we forgot to put an "End Game" at the end of map06. That will however, be fixed in our next update.

Whereas I, apparently, have some small knack for making Doom maps. Our two talents compliment each other's perfectly, all of our projects, without exception, emerging remarkably well. Especially our Doom maps. I have dabbled in making maps for Doom since the late 90s, getting my start with DoomEd, then later graduating to DoomBuilder2, when I decided to get back into map-making again. Now, I use Ultimate DoomBuilder, enjoying it very much, and especially its developers' apparent desire to make the full power of GZDoom accessible to as many people as they can.
