Makes all enemies twice as tough. Halo mythic skull for bioshock.
Always thought Bioshock was too easy, even on Hard and Survival. And I always believed that it was because you did too much damage, and end up running around towards the end with a shitload of special ammo.
So I tried making this simple mod and it made the game a lot more fun, I actually used most of my ammo and ended up having to use the tommy gun and shotgun sometimes on Survival difficulty. The damage the enemies deal on Hard and Survval I think is fine, same with the Loot amount.
This is for people who just want to play a tougher original bioshock, if you want more advanced difficulty I recommend Silver's mod.
I made the mod for Bioshock Remastered but it should work fine in the original game

Note: This mod doesnt actually increase the health of the AI but decreases the damage taken. I changed all the resistance tables in the weapons.ini from 1.0 to 0.5, and other weaknesses and resistances are also halved like Anti-Personnel rounds against splicers is changed from 6.0 to 3.0.
You can modify the ini file to your liking if you want to make them tougher or weaker.
Second note: explosive barrels seems to do full damage for some reason and I dunno why.
Hello, I'd like to know how to install this. Do you just copy and paste the weapons.ini folder into the:
\BioShock Remastered\ContentBaked\pc\System
and it will work or we have to modify anything else?
edit: oh nevermind just adding it into the system folder works!
