Moira is a single-player turn-based deck builder for Windows PC. The player takes control of a witch that lives and studies in a modern city and needs to find and kill creatures of Portuguese folklore to become more powerful while collecting their remains to combine with stronger cards to be able to hunt even stronger legends and creatures.

History

The original idea for Moira started when 5 students’ on the Bachelor degree in Videogames at Universidade Lusófona proposed a game that was based on Portuguese folklore. The idea came to be after being discussed that we wanted to show more of the portuguese culture from the old myths and characters, but represented in the current era.
