Hetmanat Rework Update 3.1
Package 3.1 contains fixes and additions to the previous version of Hetmanat: Total War - mod for ETW about of Ukraine XVIII century.
* added information cards to units included in the HTW
* edits unit texture of submods
* fixed submods bugs that sometimes led to crashes
* added a graphic and musical design themes, developer credits
* deactivated factions Safavids and Tsardom of Moscow
* removed UnitbooosterInd Mods except one unit
* the troops of Dagestan were changed to Ottoman-Persian
* the system of recruitment of Hetmanate units has been changed: instead of the republican-monarchical choice, there is currently a progressive technological system
* added (not instead Us as in 3.0 version) Ukrainian voice
* add Ukrainian text by Ukrainian hohol and InKviZ
* other minor edits

ALSO (Content from previous version (3.0):
* Add Ukrainian Cossack state (since it is not possible to add a new faction in ETW, it replaces Westphalia). At the beginning of the campaign, the Hetmanate owns a province with the capital in Kyiv.
* The Ukrainian text and sound (speech except for advisors)
* Added two unique buildings for Ukraine - Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and the Mariyinsky Palace
* Added 11 unique buildings for opened factions: Bavaria (Nymphenburg palace, St. Johann Nepomuk church), Portugal (Mafra palace, Estrela basilica), Denmark (Fredensborg palace, Royal Danish Theatre), Saxony (Dresden Frauenkirche, Zwinger), Morocco (Mausoleum Ismail, Bab el-Mansour), Venice (la fenice).
* Opened (playable) 10 factions. The "major" (with accrual of authority) - Mughal Empire, Denmark, Portugal, The Papal States. The "minor" (without accrual of authority) - Georgia, Knights of Malta, Bavaria, Saxony, Morocco, Veneto. There is no "war fog". The camera in the game beginning over capital.
* New numerical structure of formations:
Grenadiers = 100
Elite light infantry = 100
Dragoons and an other easy shooting cavalry = 80
Hussars, Uhlans, Cuirassiers and an other cavalry = 80
Line infantry of RI and France now = 200
- Together with quantity cost of hiring of units is changed
- New army (units) for Georgia
- Cuirassiers were given pistoles as the second weapon
- Limit on colonial armies
- American Indian with "The Warpath Campaign" in Grandcampaign (for Indian tribes)
- New units and reskined for army Poland-Lithuania
- Unique titles for a number of fractions and for their governments are added
- The Crimean Khanate and Dagestan now in ottoman group.
- Reskin infantry and other units
- some new images and icons events
