You must have come across achievements in some games like "carry object X to the end of the game."
This mod adds this object and it's an unremarkable box. If you bring this box to the end of the game, you will see a new ending.
The mod does not claim to be serious, so the new ending may upset you (I did not try to come up with something better).
The mod itself is more of a mockery of such challenges.
This mod is a joke.
P.S. The box cannot be put into inventory. If you switch to another weapon, the box will be dropped.

So this mod basically makes you think "outside of the box", maybe, almost.
Update: I would like to suggest changing "Comic" tag to "Comedy" because "Comic" means "Comics" and not actually "Comedy". And if you meant "Comedy" for this mod, well it isn't comedy and more like challenge.
