I'm always excited to see unofficial patches for games, giving them that extra bit of love and polish they deserve!
And this game really deserves this kind of love, I'll replay the game with this installed and keep my eye out for any other fixable texture/model errors. And if I find any I'll be sure to report them so this patch can be the best it can be!
Thanks! If you do find any, check out the google form linked at the top of the release article!
very good man. Thanks unofficial patches for games
I just started playing this game for the first time ever; I'm installing this mod but I guess I'm not going to notice the changes, lol.
it didn't give me a zip it gave me .7z file
.7z is a type of zip file.
Does this patch reanable the cheats?
It does not, no.
plz do
will installing this get rid of my mods that I currently have installed? like weapon reanimations, custom campaigns, co-op maps, ect?
Installing the mod will not remove any custom campaigns or co-op content. However, any weapon viewmodels I've modified will override reanimations you may have. The full list of weapon viewmodels I modified is as follows:
-Hunting Rifle
-Gewehr
-Sledgehammer
-MP5
-Flare
-Gas Mask (both Simon's and the Doctor's)
Any other weapon viewmodel replacements you have should be fine. I am totally okay with mod creators using my updated/improved weapon viewmodels as a basis for their own animation packs and mods!
