The "Zeitgeist"-Prologue Trailer.
Fantastic as usual! I think it's important you change as much of the default source content you can, sounds and such, simply to remove the feeling it's still in Half-Life 2
they already did a great job in the matter of that concern i think, and as mentioned in the text there will be even more unique props and character models...
this will be good i bet! :)
Something to look forward to, that's for sure.
That was brilliant.
Fantastic!
This mod has such a unique atmosphere to it.
Very nice trailer guys, like the music, really interesting Mod, done in an interesting timeperiod. :)
applause
Great
After I saw the first pictures and videos of the props and models, I though, this mod will be one of these very well made mods. But after I saw THIS Video, I'm pretty sure now, that this isn't really a mod. It's almost a new game. Dude...this mod..no....this game, is art!
That's a amazing work you did here, gratz.
An Epic Trailer ! Great Job...
greets from Stuttgart ;)
this trailer or teaser is clearly one of the highest order!!
i loved everything about it, should i still make a comment then only the explosion of the building could maybe be made a bit better in the case of broken pieces and stuff that flies around. although i know as mapper that it is hard to get that working well in such a large open area as that street with buildings is. seems that the source engine cuts then down in such cases on stuff like broken pieces from func_breakebles. Maybe you could add that particle that has large smoke for explosion, this could cover the missing of broken pieces very well.
but, like i said, this is only when i HAVE to say something `bad` about this great new TC.
keep up the great work guys, and thanks for uploading a movie instead of screens. i always love movie footage above screens!

originally our plan was to make a much more complex simulation of physics in maya and export it as an animated prop, but since we were already behind the schedule we set for ourselves we decided to take a much simpler approach to it and improve it later on.
Aye,
we were actually trying to do what MorDread says: the explosion has the most potential for improvement (and needs it).
I steam chatted one of the makers of this mod about a month ago, i asked "When are u guys having another update?" And he said soon... were working on something big! I had no idea what it would be. But now i know, and this was worth all the waiting!
Thanks for your patience ;). Next time I'll announce something big, I hope you'll know what that is going to look like :D.
Hey guys,
phew, now that the release headaches are over, I can finally write a reply to your sensational supportive feedback.
I bet most of you can imagine the amount of frustration and work a number of mental borderline personalities like us put into those five minutes of video, so I hope you can forgive us for not making any MotY, x-mas or New Year's updates.
We were just too busy telling our AI-actors where to go. : )
So anyway, once again thanks for your feedback, this really made all the work worth it!
You could really help and support us by giving us a like! on our Facebook Zeitgeist page - Facebook.com - that way, we will be able to gather more votes in this year's competition and probably make it to the top five again. :)
Cheers,
Til
I don't think I have ever seen a mod trailer this well-made. In fact I am now VERY intrigued with this mod!
Like!
Very nice trailer! And good to see the progress of the development.
The scenes with the steam locomotive are the best (for me, you know ;-)).
Your mod is a jewel, keep up the good work.
Schoene Gruesse,

impressive
This is glorious... @.@ I just couldn't help but notice that the steam train had an american whistle and had smoke coming out of it's dome instead of the funnel.
Hey Callinstead :),
how are you doing? Thanks for the input, and yes, we had to lower our sights just a tad to get that video finished in time. We'll try to improve such things for the next piece of media : ).
Cheers,
Til
Gave me chills. You really know how to build up drama and suspense. I was clutching on to the end of my seat for more than half the video.
