A new binary patch with many fixes for HD Extended, Bertgold Extended, Vanilla Extended and Zdenda Mod Extended.

A new binary patch with many fixes and two major new features:
- The game can now be saved and loaded in coop sessions. Saved games remain even after restart for addons and multiplayer.
Notes: Don't load a savegame with a client wasn't in the session when the game was saved (savegames are stored local). Quick save/load is not possible, only via menu. There are no load buttons in the campaign setup, but you can load ingame via menu.
- first person iron sight gun models are new centered
- doors can be closed again
- newlife and fullhands cheat are available in multiplayer

added new enemy group number 3. These are real civilians that dont react to commands and won't get shot by enemies, friends or AI players. Unlike the enemy group 2 they even wont get shot when moving around or doing something else. they will run away when hearing an explosion. They can't attack.

(mods need a new animation for MG using in bench position. Entry 8a in human animation table)

added nightvision cheat. This makes the scene brighter so you can see better in dark missions. Can be used multiple times and in multiplayer.

SAS commandos don't chase enemies or change their weapons unless you command it
Mines and dropped Items don't disappear or cause crashes after saving/loading in multiplayer

extract the two files into the bin folder of root HD Deluxe directory.
