PS: They won't last forever like in Duke 3D because this can make the game lag a lot. So, the blood puddles will "coagulate" after 30 seconds, and won't smear Doomguy's boot anymore after that.

They shoudld've made the rifle a mutator. I like Mike12's work, but the old rifle does get my attention more.

Is there a possibility to make this a tweakable? I'd just love to set blood lifetime as a menu option! For blood puddles and footprints alike. People with more recent HW could then enjoy long-lasting blood splatter, while folks with old-time PC's still won't be forced to upgrade.
