Back in 2018, The Royal Game Army Ranger Studio was founded by Macker50. In the early days, RGAR Studio's work was GTA V Texture full version, the first GTA San Andreas mod. And RGAR Studio's first mod suffered from poor after-sales service. And there were complaints from modders that the mod was not good. RGAR Studio later became the distributor of the San Andreas: Multiplayer mod, which was RGAR Studio's first mod and the last GTA Multiplayer mod registered on ModDB at that time. And it is a very successful mod among players. Later in 2019, it became the distributor of the Liberty City Stories: PC Edition mod, which was the first meeting between Liberty City Stories: PC Edition and Vice City Stories: PC Edition created in ModDB in 2013. It is a mod that is under the same roof as GTA San Andreas Mods at that time.

During 2020-2021, the COVID-19 pandemic caused RGAR Studio to find a way to survive. In July 2021, Take-Two Interactive, the parent company of Rockstar Games, began using the DMCA to crack down on GTA Mods on all websites. However, the 2019 updated law does not cover Maps Mods, story, etc.

In 2022, after the COVID-19 pandemic, some mods had to be restored. RGAR Studio had to close the studio and set up a service division to continue producing mods after COVID-19, with Fukutoshinimodoru as the first Chief Executive Officer of Ashley's Studio until now.
