Test Necron Mod 3 file - Dawn of War: Soulstorm

Test for an alternate setup for the Necron race. The Necrons now have a separate HQ (Necron Stronghold) with a custom icon, the Energy core is now a Monolith available in tier 1 (limited to 1 monolith per hq) and must be built before the summoning core or Necron Lord can be constructed (prices have been adjusted). The Greater Summoning Core has been renamed "Energy Core" and now contains the "Essence of the C'tan" research , The Necron Stronghold Building now has an additional unit called "Aircraft" this unit uses the Energy core's model adapted slightly to be a vehicle and uses a copy of the energy core's icon, it has a weaker (but longer ranged) version of the particle whip and an ability which gives limited ranged protection to any allied unit standing underneath it.
Up to 3 Aircraft and up to 3 Monoliths can be produced, however every additional Monolith weakens the health and damage dealt of each Monolith and Aircraft by half unless another relic is captured. Each Monolith doubles in price. (The Aircraft unit can be used by the AI)

The Forbidden Archive now contains a means to revert artefact researches, reverting each one costs double it's original price and takes 100 seconds.
