Darkest Hour 19th Century mod

A mod allowing play in the 19th century via two scenarios: 1881 and 1899. The mod uses the same tech tree, but in order to limit the game to 1915, some later tech were disabled as they were causing problems in game. A lot of other files were also changed like Misc, countries etc. The mod still needs some fixing, like it has currently no historical events, only a more interventionist AI. It is still fully playable. Note: This is my first ever mod. Please give feedback, I know it needs improvement (a lot of it at that) but I can only do that if given a clear direction.
