C&C: Reloaded 2.5 released with focus in new single player missions and gameplay balance changes.

The most noticeable changes of this release are:
- Added a single player campaign for the Yuri faction. "Yuri Resurgence" contains 13 missions empowered with owr skirmish AI and new EVA voices for making the missions objectives more easy to understand (Special thanks to the original author Concolor1 for this great experience).

- Nod Centurion was replaced by the Avatar mech. 3 researchs will let the player the possibility to improve the new mech. Centurions will return in a future version.

- Silos game option mode is back! Last time it lasted few hours but now is the definitive return. Not only the refineries could work as slow strategic as in Tiberian Sun, Silos were added to all the factions, including the 3 RA2 factions:

- Updated Phobos library to the latest development snapshot with additional features.
- Updated CnC-Draw library to version 6.0.
- Added RA2 subtitles to brief & sidebar videos (English, Spanish & Russian).
- Updated Russian translation, specially the interface and the new Yuri campaign (special thanks to Green Eyesman).
- Now cannon weapons (usually fired by tanks) works like in Red Alert 1. This means that the units in movement will have less chance to be hit by a cannon projectile.

Is it possible for you to improve artillery tanks performance such as projectiles launched now has like around 30% chance to follow the target unit. in exchange for lower damage on tank units. because i feel like with nod tower defense that has high dmg but ultimately slow attack rate, and gdi's rpg launcher splash damage that sometimes affects your units and buildings aswell. the defenses for both sides is just weak in comparison to soviet's tesla coils or towers that can be upgraded by tesla troopers. and allied's bunch of prism towers that is really op in this mod.

Request in summary:
nerf soviet's and allied tower defenses. or buff nod/gdi towers. or buff nod/gdi artillery. artillery vs building dmg is decent i believe.

Artillery shells need a rework because it does a weird initial angle (but hey! at least we avoid the RA2 cliff bug x'D ).

After review the code what I should do is re-balance, maybe >damage vs vehicles.

For those of us who like to make our little tweeks, the rules ini (or RELOADED text document) needs to be better laid out and/or organized, because (for me at least) it's difficult to tell where each section starts and ends.

Is a know bug in the current mod client, if you change the mod language, run it and exit from the game and choose the final language usually it fixes the mistake.

In the 2.6 release the client will be upgraded with native multi-language support and that kind of bugs will be part of the past.

Address 0x4800B1 is related to a map function CellClass::Get_Tile_Rect(...) and not anything related to the mod settings.
All missions you mentioned use "TS Temperate" terrain instead of the "YR Desert" (due to technical game limitations, not because I wanted).
Maybe the ".mix" file was corrupted and when the game tries to read data from a specific cell it crash? Can you download it again?
I mean, if you used the client updater for upgrating to 2.5.10 try the full download packages from this website (I don't mind if installer or the manual ZIP file) installing it in a new folder and vice-versa (upgrading from the 2.5.9 or earlier versions).

I am sure that in the future this problem with limited terrain will be solved. And you can safely use "TS Temperate" and "YR Desert".

Same issue no matter I use 2.5.10 package from here, or use 2.5.9 package then let the client update. same result exactly every time I try to load the campaign missions
Besides, It seems any maps using TS terrain will fail to load even in skirmish for exactly same reason as well
