Working Title - [Akio Kitsune]
You play as Akio, a spirited young kitsune (fox spirit) living in a village nestled between cherry blossom-laden mountains. Legend speaks of the Yōkai Forest, a realm teeming with magical creatures and guarded by the mischievous Kitsunebi (ghostly fox fires). A powerful oni (demon) has corrupted the forest, and its dark influence threatens to engulf the human world. Guided by the whispers of ancient spirits, Akio sets out to traverse the Yōkai Forest, confront the oni, and restore balance to both realms.
