Then add in target following:

Without Punkbuster:

+set loc_language 0 +set fs_game "mods/yourmodfoldername"  +set dedicated 2 +set sv_punkbuster 0 +exec server.cfg +map_rotate +set sv_maxclients 64 +set developer 0

With PunkBuster 

+set loc_language 0 +set fs_game "mods/yourmodfoldername"  +set dedicated 2 +set sv_punkbuster 1 +exec server.cfg +map_rotate +set sv_maxclients 64 +set developer 0
