Here us the steps:
#1 Talk to the Guard.
#2 After you have speaked to the guard then you have your first quest
#5 When you readed the quest kill all the bandits on your way out
#4 Pick up Mine Silver key on the ground
HELP NOTE!: Watch out for Archers! they can be anywhere!
#5 Find the "Cave Door"
