Hello every one,
i will give you at the first some explanations about the true cell shading and fake one,

as you can see the difference between fake and true cell shading, and fake have only the outlines but the true have outlines and Toon shading.
i used Blender 3d to create the fake cell shading
Step1:
Get you model ready with Texture map, and any other maps.

Step2:
Select the object by pressing RMB(right mouse button) then duplicate it by pressing Shift+D then Enter and press M then choose the 2nd box and press ok to put the new object in the 2nd frame.

Step3:
go to Edit Mode by press Tab key then press A to select all, and press right click on any outline in the 3d view and click on Split Area the press on grid icon (3d view icon) and choose UV/Image Editor.

Step4:
Press on Image Button and click on New then make the size 1 width, 1 height and color black.

Step5:
Click on Mesh button > Normals > Flip.

Step6:
press the ` button (beside the button 1) to make all the frames appear, and click on Num3 to make the view on side view, then press Z then Z again if you are in the texture mode, if you are in solid mode press only one Z.

Step7:
press Alt+S to Fatten the shape and hold shift while u raising up the mouse to make it bigger a bit.

Step8:
Press Tab button to exit the Edit mode then press Alt+Z to go to the Texture mode and see your model with cell shading :)

Great tutorial Drago
cel shading is refering to the light a mesh receives. This is about (fatboy) outlines, which are oftenly used when doing celshaded objects.
So, misleading title but good tutorial anyways :)
thanks, i didn't know that xD
Awesome. Thanks for sharing!
thanks
The normal extend celshading is a very deprecated technique stretching back to the Dreamcast era, most games do it with a cubemap now without additional polygons.
there's some games don't have the cubemap and can't be added to it because its not supporting it, so i just made this tutorial for this kind of games
Great tutorial :)
thanks
Tu tu tut fight!!
