Today I will be walking you through the wonderful world of modelling and compiling for half life 2.
This tutorial is targeted at 3dsmax users and half life 2 owners. however any basic game can benefit from these tutorials
I will walk you through basic modelling and uving
then making a low poly weapon model and a getting it skinned compiled and ingame.
In these tuts I will only ever cover 3DSMax because that's all I know.
So please DO NOT ask me about any other 3D applications.

- right click .qc (open with -> studiomdl ( in your source sdk folder))

Importers and Exporters

Okay lets learn the basics.
In this tutorial i will cover making a set of draws from a simple box using poly and extrusion moddeling.
This tequnique is very easy and is the base to modeling.
Make a set of low poly draws.
