Beta Participation
Zed Defence is nearing a Beta release and we are looking for individuals who would like to take part. We currently have 20 Beta places left for anyone who would like to playtest the game and provide some constructive feedback.
For all those who are successful, we're offering you, each, a free copy of the PC version of the game at launch! We'll also add your name to the credits (if you want us to?) as an extra thank you.
If you'd like to take part in the Beta please email beta@fingerpunchgames.com with ‘ZD Beta' in the subject line and your Full Name in the main body of the email.

Game Updates
We're not going to give away too much, right now, but we'll list a couple of things to whet your appetite, in the meantime.
Firstly, we'd like to ask for your feedback on our game icon. There are a few versions of the icon (below) and we'd like to ask which one ‘You' think looks best. Please provide your feedback and your choice of icon by writing your favourite colour: Red, Green, Purple or Blue.
Concept Art
We've also managed to get a little bit of wonderful concept art from a fantastic digital artist friend. These were intended to be parallax background images for the main game, but due to time, and money, constraints we'll no longer be able to use these in the full version. A real shame, we're sure you'll agree?
Enemy Zed's
We may have listed some of the Zeds you'll face in the game before, but we've not told you what they'll actually do in the game. Have a look at some of the great characters that'll be in the game and see if you can guess what their attack types/mechanics will be? If you sign up for the Beta, you'll get to see some of the funny, and crazy, things these Zeds get up too.
Level Select Screen
This is an example screen-shot from the level select screen. There will be 3 main cities, that Kevin's Cleaners will have to visit, to clean up the Toxic Waste and eradicate the Zed infestation from. These are the main cities and each is much more challenging than the last.
Watch This Space
We'll be releasing more images, and videos, over the next couple of weeks to help people truly get a feel for the game and understand how the game plays, the style, art and general game mechanics. So please add us to your Game Watch list. We hope you like what we're doing and hope you're looking forward to playing Zed Defence real soon.
