Why do a good percent of your weapons look ripped from Counter-Strike?

because they have. Dont jump to conclusions, though, they may not have completed weapon models.. and these are just temporary.

The above mentioned mod reeks of lazy design.... using other people's models... oh dear "However i think the CONSPIRACY IN SHADOW is a big collection of the best skins i have ever seen and it is based on a new story and some other new features. " Woo. Best skins... really... do some work yourself. Lazyness.

Heh... I've seen a lot of this weapon models used to replace CS models.

I am pretty sure that you're gonna need to contact all of the people who actually made the models, and get permission... Otherwise you're in trouble. :P

@Doofus
quotation(1):
(...) As far as Valve and Gearbox are concerned, it's alright to use artwork (models, textures, sounds, etc.) from the list below as convered under the terms and conditions in your SDK license. We haven't heard back from Sierra on all of them yet, but for now here's the current approved list: Half-Life (yes) Team Fortress Classic (yes) Counter-Strike (yes) Opposing Force (yes) Gunman Chronicles (yes) Blue Shift (yes) Ricochet (yes) Death Match Classic (yes)
quotation(2):
Take the models and tweak them however you want; change the textures, put on a new head, scale them up or down, add new animations, take away animations, take the stuff they say and change it around to your own voice, give them really long fingers, make them all really fat, make a mod where the TFC heavy-weapon guys fights swarms of big-mommas, make a version of HLDM where the gauss gun does damage like it used to, take the code from the Gargantua and have it drive a giant troll with a club, have the g-man wear shorts and talk like your gym teacher, or don't change them, put them in as-is. Or do. Or don't. Do whatever you want, it's your mod, those sorts of decisions are up to you. The artwork (and code) is there for you to use.
Read your SDK license. It pretty much says the same thing I've just said, along with a few minor obvious platform restrictions (such as the mod must run on the Half-Life engine and you can't use the content resources on other engines (unreal, quake3, etc.) and you can't sell it without talking to Sierra and Valve and some other stuff you should read anyway).
quotation(3):
You can ship Op4 models, sounds, textures, etc. in your mod. You can ship Gunman content in your mod. You can ship Counter-Strike content in your mod. You can ship ANY (so far) of the Half-Life games content in your mod. The ONLY content exception is that you can't ship the engine or game binaries, except for the ones you compile yourself from the SDK (and you probably can't call your game Op4 without Sierra asking you to rename it and you can't sell it in stores yadda-yadda-yadda read your SDK license). You also shouldn't just go and ship EVERYTHING. If you want to make a dedicated Op4 mod that uses all their stuff, you should send Randy Pitchford an email and ask him about setting something up. If you're just going to use bits and pieces, then go right ahead.

I hope this is enough to got more order into the mess :)

I read the mod profile... and I know that it's allowed... but still, it's lazy, doesn't matter if they are good models etc... you should make your own.
