That definately looks good!
Very nice... a lot of hard work has gone into the Z-Brush work... I would remove all of the actual material detail from the model and hand do it rather than let the bake try and re-produce it in the normal map.

A lot of good work there, although what are you rendering in? The renders dont look very good, and I think spending some time setting everything up would be well worth it.
