I don't quite understand the mix of english and german, especially since i always thought german voice synchronization to be terrible - the actors just don't sound convincing to me at all while trying to speak clear german without accent - no exception here, unfortunately - it sounds like any other german-synched movie to me.

"Hochdeutsch" is the official german language and has no accent. :D

Unlikely, as it's based on a specific dialect: as they say, a "language" is just a dominant dialect. :P

I don't speak German myself, but the myth of an "accent-less" dialect is found in pretty much every language I know of, including English and French.
