Haven't been doing much lately, busy.

Changelog is being updated often, to get a more in-depth look at what's going on, have a look at it here:

One of the big new changes in 2.2 is the world map. It has been reduced in size by about 33%. It still includes all the areas in the old version, but the map is now smaller, so allow for more action and less pathfinding issues.

At the same time, all map icons have been given a graphical overhaul, having had both Ambient Occlusion and re-done textures added to some of them.

Every single model in the game has, at the same time, had Ambient Occlusion added to it, which greatly increases the visual quality of props, items and flora.

As of yet, there's no timeframe for the release, but I'll try and get it ready for season 6 of Game of Thrones.

Sounds interesting! Could this help to make the North actually find in the war?

Looking forward to it! Keep up the great work :D

Well technicaly a smaller world means way shorter ways and I'd say yes it will help the north.

Good work. Do you have any plan about moving into bannerlord eventually or will you stick with Warband for a long time?

I'm hoping that they're going to move over to Bannerlord, would open up some more features for the mod.

What are you planning to be the biggest change to ACOK in 2.2?

Good work!
I think you should add something in Stony Shore in the North. One new natural harbour, mayby 2 village or even a castle. It's too empty in that region. Also mayby you should add hill clans in the North.

Certainly agree that the neck is too sparse. Maybe a village or two and Greywater Watch as a castle could be added, along with Lord Howland Reed.

I'm looking forward to it, sadly i can no longer play 2.1 as whenever it starts up i get a runtime error- i found the "load textures on demand " fix but this merely delays the crash. IS this a persistent bug set to be fixed in 2.2 or do i need a new pc?

A smaller world is exactly what this mod needed, great work, keep it up - I really like how much these new versions have refined the experience.

This looks amazing, especially since I am a big fan of the north and everyone knows that the North can't do **** because of how big it is! I got one question tought, is there some kind of way to play 2.2 with my current savegame? I don't really want to start over...

2.1 sucks. played about ten hours of 2.0 and it was great until the crippling troop wages bankrupted me. sad that rather than adding some more weapons and armor and fixing the ******** wages the modder instead just made the game more bland and weird. I will say that i really like that he added new swords and made the lannisters look more like lannisters in 2.1. wtf is up with dragonstone and stark troops, they look even less like the real thing than 2.0. Finally the pennants on the lances are a monstrosity.

I'm sorry. To be clear 2.0 is abut as close to a perfect mod as ever ive seen, and was enormously diverting. I implore the modder to simply make a patch for 2.0 with fixed troop wages, some more swords and faction specific armor. The mod would then be a true masterpiece.

there is a thing one can use which is called tweakMB which allows one to edit the game wages

you might want to use that because cozur is probably busy with getting 2.2 ready for release

Please add a greater variety of Castle forged weapons. Like one handed axes two handed axes greatswords, maybe even maces. The current amount of Castleforged weapons is rather paltry. Also, add a waepon improvement system like in Viking conquest. So you can make a rusty weapon plain or a plain weapon balanced.

Cozur, how dare you not release it when you told us you would. Now I'll never be able to play on my new pristine smaller map with my new bug tweaks and whatnot! Oh wait.. I will. Huh, I guess that changes it.

The strength requirements are a bit extreme. Surely knight companions like ser jasper rivers and alen cargyll should be able to use surcoats and mail hauberks

They are in due time, imho. They are fairly low level when they join the party, after all.
Imo, the high requirements are needed to force the player to commit to builds, both concerning companions and the PC himself.
If you absolutely hate it, though, there is alway Morgh's warband editor, which makes it a breeze to edit companions, items, or both :)

I really hope that Jaime Lannister could possibly make a return after/if the North and Westerlands make peace and if there was some way to make the Vale join the war, like a Petyr Baelish mission quest line

Wow, seriously. This mod is just so much GoT treat, and at the same time an amazing mod! You can really notice the extreme amount of work you put into this mod, and it makes me so happy that you guys are still doing this. Not everyone is writing a comment about your mod, and about how good it is. But i want you to know that through all of my mod experience, i can tell that a finer mod has never existed.
Will you guys be doing this mod for bannerlord? If you will, I CAN'T WAIT, NO ONE CAN. Picture this mod in bannerlord. Imposible to deny that it WILL be the best mod so far on this community

I tried the 2.1 version.first of all I should say you did a great job and your mod is very amazing but I have some problems with missions; characters talk too much!so I get bored to read all of that non sense speeches .If you choose one dialogue wrong on accident the whole mission is ruined but the main game is not too unforgiving like this and also the expectations and dialogues are (sometimes) too difficult and complicated to understand for non english gamers like me so if the mission places colors were specified or the place of missions were on encyclopedia or at least with better address in quests log, we could get there sooner and without loosing time.
please add the meerien(city of denerys) and castle black and their events on the map.The events of campaign are too little and ROB STARK lives and lives .there is no collapse in north and riverlands and of course no sign of main characters in the book.I wish there will be a real story going on in this mod in the future versions!
I Must say your mod is the best mod I've played in M&B.
I hope there will be feedback from the modders.
Thanks

Cozur, I have to say I love this mod, however there is one little glitch/bug that I've found. The compass on the world map is off. The North isn't in the North according to compass etc. If possible, could you please fix this?
