Looks like the next version will have some new network code AGAIN. With every new version the mod is getting smoother and smoother. Currently we have four new network features in testing:
- Fixed fireball synchronisation of imps and hellknights. ( Very smooth now )
- Reduced traffic for projectiles in general. ( q4 style )
- Smart adjusting of serverside network CVARs dependend on current client latency.
- Door-Lag removed: When entering new sections of the level you will typically receive lag - this is removed by preloading data.
