Today we can show you a new map, the Train Station, which is based off of concepts presented in RTB. You first see this place when you arrive in C17. As you can see, it has a dark atmosphere and a large pit with rails and razor trains, according to the original storyline. But this is only the beginning!

the Creepy Trains return!
i like the screens but i have to be honest and the way the train, or better said the way the train track is implemented is really odd. Those trains are heavy things, and the tracks seems to be floating in air. in reality that train on the screen would break in one second right through the whole structure. I can see there is one sort of pipe or metal thing under the track to support it but that is really not enough. Also at the end of the track you should place a kind of concrete block or something so the train can't drive at the end from the track.
sorry to sound so negative but i really do say this with the best intention. Other then that, i love the lightning and the overall look, LOVE large heights, so that is all ok!

This is based off of concept art made by valve early in the development process, that's what the whole mod is about.

Looks alright, but why do you guys have to bash the other leak mods out there?
I.E.
"this is not another HL2 beta Mod with mappacks"
"don't wait for separate mappacks"
There are much, MUCH better ways to draw attention to your mod without being disrespectful to the other leak mod developers.
Honestly, we are not trying to bash any other mods out there, in fact, we encourage them! The beta / concept version of Half-Life 2 needs more attention than it currently has, it is very interesting. In no way is the mod trying to bash, we were simply stating that we are not a bunch of compiled beta maps. This will be a full modification when we are through, with a complete storyline. Whoever made those comments was speaking for themself.
