We have managed to get hold of 2 developers (A writer/game designer and a Graphics Designer) they are going to create the Banners, logos, Signatures, webpage together and the writer will polish up the features and suggest new features.
We also now have access to a gaming and programming community, so we can achieve pretty much anything if we think about it.
