Hey guys, this week brings yet another render and some big news in the concept/design part of the game.
The Progress:
As of this morning, I have completed redoing our Gameplay and Story sections of the Design Document, which is huge. They now accurately portray what we are looking for in the game's Gameplay and Story, which are the two biggest parts. The next part is Art and Key Locations, then some final little additions and modifications in things like weapons, and I will be done with the SECOND iteration of the GDD. So excited.
The New Member:
Until now, our biggest problem was that we did not have anyone to make a character, but that is no longer an issue. We now have a character artist, finally, which means progress will become much faster, as our programmer can work on making the player's movement work and all that other stuff. In addition, we can then start testing out battle situations and puzzle systems based on the player's movement. So expect more awesome content coming soon!
The Render:
Our 3D Generalist Artist has been hard at work making a building facade that you guys can all see here. This is WIP high poly version without textures, so we really need your feedback.
