w3x is a proprietary format owned by EA with extremely limited use. it's unlikely Autodesk will acquiesce to this suggestion. but good luck.
If you have any idea on how to make a stable Plugin for Versions 2013/2014/2015. Please let me know...
I don't think you can. there are code libraries and plugins associated with the the plugin. you probably need access to those original codes to make new plugins.

This plugin isn't made by audoodesk.
You can find max 9 for free in some places.
We even contacted one of the Westwood people who involved in it, and no luck.
Autodesk will help because I was talking with them. But we need your votes to make them interested it. I suppose their experts have enough skills to write plugins.
You don't pay for voting, why not vote? We won't lose anything.
