-Fixed occasional crash when loading a project with corrupt maps/interfaces.

-Fixed crash when right-clicking a Timer/Spawn using the Pointer tool in the interface editor and clicking Edit.
-Made "Optimize Resources" also optimize icons of statistics, equipment areas, custom events, input sets and actor templates; all graphics will be converted to 32bit to optimize for handheld development.
-Made tile animation editing only available when an edit button is pressed, allowing right-click to be used for the context menu rather than automatically adding frames to animations.
