I got it to work by clicking the logo???
Also, analog sticks don't work, and I cant jump or shoot on foot. :I

Wow - not sure why this is! Maybe you have two controllers synced? Try the other one - OUYA can be weird about it.
The reason you can sort of control it with the touchpad is because the game has undocumented and unsupported touch-screen controls - they are however good for getting you out of situations when OUYA goes weird on you.
Upper portion of the right side of the screen will work as select, lower as cancel in the menu (or is it the other way around?).
Use that to go into options and changing the controller port.

I only have one controller! :O
I can fly and shoot in the ship just fine, but when I'm on foot I can't do anything.

That never happened to any of the testers: (
Pause the game with the OUYA button, and select the controller port. Switch it to your proper controller. Everything should work. Hopefully.

I have subscribed as a developer there, but there is no documentation available just yet it seems. I'm definitely gonna try to support as many platforms as I can.
