My sincere apologies. The codes explained below is not releasing "Saturday, Feb. 17th", but Sunday.
2/13/13 - WIP (Work in Progress) new version, 1.72
The new version developed by the Apocalypse mod team is not yet released, but it is now in alpha testing phases by the mod team today! We hope to release the new version this February as fast as we can, but with no rush to cure every bug possible we encounter. The main focus of version 1.72 will involve:
- A finally fully functional working Kaurava and Ultimate Apocalypse Campaign.
- All known scar errors throughout all Arena and Survival maps will be fixed.
- The Survival modes will be getting a full revamp!!!
- All critical game breakers will be dealt with harshly by our Inquisitorial boot.
- Better gameplay.
- 90% Balance + for all races twelve races.
- Tau, Necrons, and Tyranids will be greatly nerfed.
- >= Six new units!!!!
- >= Two new structures!!!!
- >= Twelve new epic abilities!!!!
- New Voice acting for several units!!!!
- New maps for skirmish!!!!
- New maps for Survival!!!!
- Insanity - Battlegrounds map reworked!!!!
- Updated models.
- Many-many balance changes.
- A very great and promotional changelog for all races.
- Several AI fixes
- New taskbars provided to all races (Thanks to Soulstormfan)
- New cool superweapons and their FX
- New FX
- Fixed Void Shield glitches
- Nerfed commanders
- All new grenade concept.
- Improved turrets
- Tweaked scar codes on some maps
- The Tyranids gameplay will be revamped with an all new and improved tech tree system!
- 100% Titan versus titan balance

1/31/13 - The Tragic Event
Earlier this day, the mod's image section was spammed with many multiples of "gay porn" by the hands of a mod db member known as boychaos. We are deeply sorry for what happened, and this will never happen again as the member, boychaos was banned from mod db, permanently.
The Ultimate Apocalypse Team wishes to Apologize for and discrepancies with the ModDB page. Due to unforeseen technical glitches, level of unsuitable material was presented on our image. We want to apologize to ModDB and also to any UA users about the inappropriate material. We hope you enjoy our work and continue to be a happy Ultimate Apocalypse gamer.

These time zones are making things like this complicated.
It's not that I'm angry or something other, just a little bit impatient after so many hours :)
All the races are in definite need of balance. Chaos for example when they reach tier 2 and onwards don't generate enough power to stay competitive with other races and unless teamed up with someone else are easily wiped out early on. This seems odd to me.
Speaking of Chaos, any plans to for Chosen units? Or Chaos god specific Lords instead of Gomp?

No, there WAS something you could have done: told us where you would be posting them. I checked the news page and the forum because there's nothing in images except screenshots.
It's completely illogical for you to have posted it there, and from the comments others have been posting, I'm obviously not the only one who thinks so.
You may as well calm down, I highly doubt he's gonna roll out a red carpet for people like us and send us the codes. I agree with you that it was highly illogical the way it was handled, but Lord Doofus obviously disagrees. Arguing at this point isn't going to solve anything.
The part that really gets me is where he says "there was nothing I can do about that" like his hands are tied by some higher power. Everything he does in regards to UA is limited only by his own volition; if he's not going to help it's only because of his own cussed stubbornness and he may as well own up to that.

If you missed the codes, sorry, my bad, jeez. I did not post clear instructions as I have JUST stated this to the public in the comments section yesterday. And this codes things is a WIP, nothing is perfect without practice.
What do I mean by "I can't do anything about that." TIME ZONES!!!! I can't just set the clock of the world everywhere to 6:00 pm, Sunday for heck sakes. So yeah, confusion may be prompted in places, but it is implied to check every day.

I have an idea:
Next time, you upload such an image at a saturday, about 12 o'clock. But you delete it after 36h.
In this case, no timezone should have a problem, because everyone has time at some point to get it (nobody works 36h at a time). Oh and it would be nice if you can say how much codes you release. And please keep "feast days" (like Easter) in mind, because many spend this weekend for their families.
Hope you can understand what I mean, pretty difficult to tell such things in English.
Hey man, I'll apologize. I didn't mean to insult your intelligence, and I know that you can't control time zones. I was just trying to get him to calm down. Being angry and insulting you is not going to achieve anything.
You don't have to have anything posted for only 24 hours at a time. You *could*, if you so desired, post them forever and a day because they're *your codes*. I don't see how it's "misleading" for me to point that out. Time zones don't really matter when you have sole jurisdiction over when, whether, and how anything is posted relating to *your mod*.
I'm happy to hear that you'll be "redoing it for future cases with precise detail," but I don't see how that resolves the current problem. Additionally, if now you realize that it's "your bad," why can't you make them available again for another limited window? I'm making an assumption of good faith on your part that you want to do a nice thing by giving your fans bonus content. I'd much appreciate it if you'd give me the benefit of the doubt as well.
Yes, I'm obviously annoyed with your attitude, but at the same time I greatly appreciate the work you've done to create this mod; I realize it wouldn't exist without you and these codes are just a fun bonus. Even so, your initial reply was extremely dismissive of my concerns and you blamed me for missing the codes, even though you now admit that you share the blame. I think that that behavior is justifiably described as "stubborn."

Well, some people always get screwed in this kind of thing. I guess we were two of them, OfficeFurniture. But man, at least I missed it because of work. I'd be wholly ****** off if I missed it because I got no clear instruction on where the codes would be appearing.

I dont see why people are so ****** off, i understand the issue seeing as i missed them too but the codes were up a long time ago as well, for about a month i think. i saved them then deleted them because there was no "hidden stuff" folder or what ever. the most Doofus can do is release them for say, friday to monday, or thursday morning to tuesday night to compensate for some time zones. The UA mod itself is his work as far as i know (of course with alot of other members) so if he decides to upload them again just to have some one chew him a new one for missing them. His choice. plus think it over, what will you miss? "pre order content" type stuff at max, nothing that will make you chew your fingers off for being at work, with family, what ever you missed them for.
The fully functioning campaigns above mean you have sorted the lack of win conditions in the kaurava campaign right? hope you sorted that lil pain out.
so i am respectfully assuming that version 1.72 will not be released this febuary, likely due to the afore mentioned gay porn incedent. any news of future development would be a welcome gesture
Looking forward to the 1.72 release, more so since the news about the Space Marines.
