In 4 years that our host (HLGaming, a part of EdgeNetwork), there has never once been a network wide attack. But yesterday, that record was broken. All sites (literaly hundreds of them) were attacked, when all Index/Default files were deleted. EdgeNetwork temporarily closed down services while security was tightened, and placeholders for the index files were uploaded.

All is well now, and everything is the way it should be, including all forum information. Be sure to get on the forums, as you all owe me a day of forum posting, hehe. For more information on the hacking, check out This Post, and be sure to give us some feedback.

Also note, that within the next week, there will be a few hours more of downtime, but most likely at a low-traffic time, so you most likely wont even notice it. EdgeNetwork will be upgrading their DataCenter, to make your experience on its hosted sites better. But until then, Sommevalley.com is alive and well, and with the new security enhancements, will be for a long time to come =)
