malortie recently published some reimplementations (aka SteamPipe patches) for classic Half-Life mods. Along them, you can find an updated build for Times of Troubles. You may download the release below and check out the source code at GitHub.
Seeing community contributions like this is really wonderful after so many years - the original release was in 2003 after all. Sounds like it is time for a sequel, isn't it? ;-) *
