The Map, Cultures , Education systems are fully ready
But I really suck at making the kingdoms and characters and changing terrain of a county , if anyone can and wants to help please DM me 
the map will include the map of the lands shown in the shippuden anime only and not the expanded ones through the movies.
You won't add the nations from the movies and fillers?
Most nations in filler are in there yes
in movies I think one nation from them will be left out

How would the religion system work? Because as far as I'm aware of all the Shinobi Word kinda worships Rikudo, but you could add the Ancestor Veneration feature for historical character that get the title of God of the Shinobi, special organisations could also be like Secret Societies. The education system is going to be like the Wizarding World?
I was thinking adding the Will of Fire and Stone (I know they aren't religions, but kinda close enough)
And ofcourse Jashin (Hidan's god)
And I haven't played Wizarding World sadly
