This is Raiko here, project lead of Nex Necis, the prison dodge ball mod for HL/HL2.

In the distant future, the prisons of New America are deadlier than ever. An evil association of Prison Wardens battle it out for supremacy using their own Death Row inmates; inmates from the deadly and gang infested cities of the country.
These inmates, forced to play games of brutal dodgeball or face torture and death, battle it out in the toughest prisons and terrains of New America. Rewarded only with their lives and prison currency to buy equipment for their matches, these inmates fight to the death in various dodgeball matches.
Televised for the mere enjoyment of the sick and twisted inhabitants of New America, these games have been dubbed:
